1) A
site survey of your buildings and pastures to assist you in
setting up an effective, efficient, user-friendly and
alpaca-friendly environment. This includes housing,
penning, fencing and pasture.
2) Step
by step instruction and information on the feeding,
breeding, and daily care of your alpacas before you take
them home. This will assure that you have all of the tools
to provide the best care for your alpacas.
3) All alpacas come with
a negative BVD test.
4) Pet stock alpacas do
not come with a fertility guarantee.
5) All breeding stock alpacas come with a fertility
guarantee.
6) If a maiden female or junior herd-sire proves not to be
fertile by its third birthday, either the purchase
price will be reimbursed or the alpaca
will be exchanged for one of equal value.
7) Any lost pregnancy of
an alpaca purchased from Sire Power Alpacas will result in a
free rebreeding to
the same stud (or a stud of equal value
if the original stud is not available).
8) A viable cria and a 7
day live birth guarantee of the cria from any female that is
pregnant when
purchased.
9) Maidens
purchased from Sire Power Alpacas come with the option of
two half price breedings for the purchased
maiden, by any stud owned by Sire Power Alpacas at the time
of breeding. These
options shall be used within two and a
half years from the date of the first breeding.
10) The option of two
half price re-breedings for each mature female purchased, by
any stud owned by
Sire Power Alpacas at that time. These
options shall be used within two and a half years from the
date of the birth of the existing fetus.
11) Financing available
with 50% down. Terms up to 48 months with 12 months same as
cash. Interest
rate of 8% is dependant on market
fluctuations.
12) Free delivery of
your alpacas within Ontario, or a $200.00 credit per alpaca
towards transportation
costs. This is at the discretion of the
seller.
13) Free boarding of
alpacas purchased from Sire Power Alpacas for up to four
months from the
purchase date.
14) A halter and lead for each alpaca purchased shall be
provided.
15) A bag of grain/mineral mix currently being fed shall
be provided. This can be used in the transition
from our feed to your feed should you be
changing feeds.
16) Free fibre
processing of the fibre from the alpacas purchased through
Sire Power Alpacas will be
offered to you through Shears To You
Custom Fibre Mill. This offer is valid until July 31st
following the purchases. Standard mill
minimum batching criteria must be met.
17) A free skirting
course at Shears To You Custom Fibre Mill through the Perth
County Alpaca
Business Collective will be provided.
18) Ongoing guidance and
information will be provided. This includes breeding, teeth
and nail care,
shearing day advice, livestock
management, financial planning for your alpaca business, as
well as
any other topic the purchaser may need
information on.
